If you are on an active lot in Cortina, Barney Farms, Whitewing at Germann Estates, or a phase off Meridian, one standard unit per 10 workers per week is the general OSHA-facing benchmark; a superintendent running a large concrete pour should ask about a second unit and a hand-wash station rather than stretching one restroom.

Summer heat is where a construction rental earns its keep. Queen Creek routinely runs past 105 degrees in July, and an unserviced unit on a Sossaman Estates or Emperor Estates lot turns sour fast. Weekly service is the baseline for a standard crew; on high-use lots or through the hottest stretch, twice-weekly pump-outs keep the unit tolerable so your crew keeps working instead of driving off-site to a gas station. Servicing includes pumping the tank, refilling deodorizer, and restocking paper — the maintenance competitors leave off the quote.

Access is the other thing we plan around. Paved subdivision lots in Hastings Farms, Church Farm, and Pecans are straightforward drops. New-phase dirt lots and horse-property-adjacent parcels near the San Tans need a heads-up on gate width, lockbox codes, and turnaround room for the delivery truck — tell us at booking and we route accordingly. We hold to a confirmed drop-off window so the restroom is in place before your crew arrives, and a confirmed pickup so a spent unit isn't sitting on a finished lot.

For a single-day punch-out or a very short job, the $250 minimum covers delivery, one unit, and pickup. For a multi-month build, monthly rental plus weekly service is the sensible path and lets you scale unit count by phase.
